Activating Pro & Updates

Licensing & Updates · RKX API Studio 1.0.0

#Plans and activation allowances

Every commercial Pro plan provides the same feature set. Choose a plan using the current price, billing interval and active-site allowance shown on the product page and checkout. These values come from the CMS; this guide does not duplicate commercial prices. Unlimited, when configured, refers to site activations.

#Activation and validation

Sign in, verify your email and open Dashboard → Licenses to find your key and active sites. Activate in WordPress → RKX API Studio → License. The service validates license status and installation identity over HTTPS. Both Free and Pro must stay active for Pro features.

  1. Install and activate Free, then activate Pro alongside it.
  2. Sign in to RKXBeta and verify your account email.
  3. Open Dashboard → Licenses and reveal your key privately.
  4. In WordPress, open RKX API Studio → License, enter the key and activate.
  5. Confirm the reported license state; if rejected, check site allowance and outbound HTTPS.

#Grace and offline tolerance

The current server policy provides a 48-hour expiration grace window for qualifying previously activated installations. Temporary validation outages can use the last successful authorization for up to 24 hours, bounded by the server’s grace deadline. Revoked or suspended licenses do not receive this allowance, and grace does not activate new sites. These are recovery windows, not permanent offline licensing.

#Renewals and cancellation

Review your order and subscription terms for the billing interval and renewal date. Use the available billing management link or your Paddle receipt for subscription changes. Deactivating a site, removing a plugin or opening a ticket does not cancel billing. Do not assume that a canceled subscription and an immediately revoked license have identical effects.

#Downloads and updates

Free works without an account; native WordPress.org updates depend on an approved, published listing. Pro downloads require a verified account with an eligible entitlement. Private update delivery requires current authorization; expiration grace does not grant private updates. The customer dashboard is the place to download eligible Pro packages.

#Get support

Use Dashboard → Support for a product ticket. Include WordPress, PHP, Free and Pro versions, the affected endpoint and reproduction steps with redacted errors. Use Contact for presales and account questions. Never send passwords, API keys or full license keys. No response-time guarantee or custom development service is stated here.
