Operator and scope
RKXBeta is a WordPress plugin marketplace operated by Kerem Yılmaz Güney as an individual. Public location: Kartal, Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: info@rkxbeta.com. These terms cover the RKXBeta website, customer account, software downloads, licensing and support. RKXDesign is a separate business and is not RKXBeta’s legal seller or operator.
Free and Pro editions
RKX API Studio Free is available without a paid license. Pro is an add-on installed alongside Free. All Pro plans provide the same Pro functionality; plans differ by active site allowance. The plugin distribution declares GPL-2.0-or-later; applicable open-source rights remain intact. The commercial subscription provides access to authorized Pro services, private downloads, updates and support.
Annual plans and renewal
For RKX API Studio only, the annual Pro plans are Personal: US$49 for 1 active WordPress site; Professional: US$99 for 3 active sites; and Agency: US$249 with no site activation cap. All RKX API Studio plans have the same Pro functionality. Other products have their own product-specific prices, plan names, activation allowances and billing terms. Purchases are currently unavailable. When purchases open, the applicable price, currency, taxes, annual billing period and automatic renewal terms will be displayed before payment. Annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
License activation and use
One purchased entitlement is linked to one license and its authoritative expiration date. Renewal extends the existing license. Activation validates a website URL and installation identifier, and active installations count against the purchased allowance. Deactivating an installation frees its activation slot. Protect your account and license key. Do not bypass activation limits or grant unauthorized access to private account services. These technical access limits do not remove rights granted by the software’s open-source license.
Delivery, updates and support
After confirmed payment and account verification, eligible Pro downloads and the associated license are available in the purchasing customer’s dashboard. Updates and new private downloads require current authorization; possessing a license key does not grant access to another customer’s account. Account support tickets and info@rkxbeta.com are available for product, account and delivery questions. Include relevant versions and a description of the problem; do not send passwords or full license keys. No particular response time, future feature or custom development service is promised. Maintain backups and test changes before applying them to your website.
Cancellation and expiration
For Paddle purchases, cancel future renewals through the Paddle customer portal linked from the receipt or through https://paddle.net. Scheduled cancellation preserves the existing paid term; uninstalling the plugin or deactivating its license does not cancel billing. Expiration uses the license expiration date. An installation activated before expiration may retain Pro runtime authorization for the existing 48-hour expiration grace period. New activations and private package downloads/updates are not permitted during grace. The plugin tolerates temporary validation outages for at most 24 hours after a successful validation, bounded by the server-issued expiration/grace deadline. These periods do not stack into an extra entitlement or extend billing. Explicit revocation, suspension or authoritative denial stops authorization. Free remains available without a paid license.
Paddle purchases and refunds
For transactions completed through Paddle, the Paddle entity identified at checkout and on your receipt acts as merchant of record and reseller, handling payments, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, billing and eligible refunds under its Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. Kerem Yılmaz Güney provides the RKXBeta software and product support. Refunds and withdrawal rights follow Paddle’s applicable policy and mandatory consumer protections. RKXBeta does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Cancellation is separate from a refund. See the Refund Policy for the request procedure.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use accounts and services lawfully. Do not compromise other accounts, upload malicious attachments, disrupt the service, abuse support or attempt unauthorized access to private packages or customer data. Respect the rights of others. Software licenses and included third-party notices govern their respective code; commercial service access does not transfer ownership of RKXBeta branding, website content or service infrastructure. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
Warranty and liability
Software can contain errors and services can be interrupted. You are responsible for your own website configuration, endpoint permissions, backups and integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for every WordPress environment. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Account restrictions and termination
Access may be restricted or an account suspended or terminated to address unauthorized access, unlawful use, security threats or misuse of the service. Suspension or revocation can stop Pro authorization and private downloads. Contact info@rkxbeta.com if you believe a restriction is mistaken or need assistance closing an account. Restrictions and termination remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable rights and disputes
Contact info@rkxbeta.com about a dispute concerning the software or RKXBeta account services. Your mandatory consumer rights and any right to use competent courts or consumer dispute procedures under applicable law remain unaffected. Paddle payment transactions are governed by Paddle’s separate Buyer Terms. These terms do not select an exclusive court or remove protections available under applicable law.
