Activation is rejected
Check the key privately, license status and active-site allowance in the dashboard. Deactivate an old installation if all slots are in use. Confirm that Free is active and the minimum PHP / WordPress versions are met. Record the exact error with secrets removed rather than changing license records.
Validation cannot connect
Check outbound HTTPS, DNS, TLS certificates and host firewall rules. The production licensing contract requires HTTPS. Do not disable certificate checks or change the service origin as a workaround. Temporary offline tolerance applies only to previously authorized installations within the documented window.
An update or download is unavailable
Verify account email, entitlement and current update authorization. Downloads are served through an authenticated authorization route, not a permanent public Pro ZIP URL. A pending directory listing also means Free directory updates are not yet available. Contact support with safe diagnostics if the state remains inconsistent.
